We warrant that all Vyking Force branded products purchased in Australia and New Zealand will be free from manufacturer defects in workmanship and materials for the period stated on the relevant product packaging, commencing from the date of purchase.

This warranty is provided to the original purchaser. This warranty does not cover any defects caused by an accident, misuse, improper installation or operation, lack of reasonable care, or normal wear and tear.

To claim under this warranty, you must send the product (with proof of purchase) at your cost to the place of purchase where the claim will be assessed. If your warranty claim is accepted, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product, or refund you the purchase price and retain the product. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified items and workmanship are covered.

Consumer Guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law

Your rights under this warranty are in addition to any other rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable laws. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure costs does not amount to a major failure.

Guarantees made under Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (New Zealand)

Your rights under this warranty are in addition your rights you may have under New Zealand consumer legislation. The Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) protects consumers by:

• allowing you to seek repairs, replacements, or refunds when goods are faulty; and

• setting minimum guarantees for all products and services.
